Orders and Shipping

What is your shipping policy?

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, clean and without any signs of wear, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you will be given a full refund minus shipping. We’ll email you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping cost will be at the customer's expense, unless the wrong item is shipped or the item is damaged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Sale items and items purchased with a discount code are considered final sale. Custom products (such as special orders, specially sized or personalized jewelry), cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Unless otherwise noted on the item description, most of our pieces are ready to ship! This obviously excludes personalized jewelry. Our typical turn around time for pre-orders and personalized items is 1-2 weeks, although usually we are quicker than that! If you need your order sooner, send us a message and we will try to accommodate you!

We currently ship with USPS and most orders take between 1-5 days to be delivered depending on where you are located in relation to our studio in Sugar Land, Texas.

What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Can I make changes to or cancel my order?

Sure! As long as you send us a message before you've gotten a shipping notification, we will help make whatever changes need to be made.

Do you offer wholesale?

Thank you for your interest in carrying Bright Faith in your store! Currently we are not offering wholesale as we are just getting this little small business off the ground. We do plan to offer wholesale in the future though so stay tuned and shoot us an email so we can put you on our list when we are ready to launch. :)
